Speakers Andrew Fraley: One of the pioneers of commercial mediation in the UK, Andrew trained as a mediator in the US in 1989 and works regularly with solicitors, barristers, professional bodies and companies advising and training in mediation and negotiation. Andrew has designed, developed and many times used the Mediated Settlement Conference, which usually has a time span of 3 hours. The seminar will explore this technique and its commercial benefits for clients and solicitors. Telephone Mediation will be discussed and Mediators Kevan Carrick, Tim Wallis and Carole Collings will also make contributions.
